Senior Cultural Custodians Debbie Mabbindja, Alisdair Djalolbu James and Joseph Diddo shared this important Creation story ’Middjarn :Turtle Dreaming’ . ’Middjarn :Turtle Dreaming’ was traditionally spoken in Ndjebbana language, it is told here in both English and Ndjebbana, language work by Salome Harris with Jimmy Balkbalk Wesan and Victor Hood. All illustrations were produced by First Nations young people at Maningrida School in Maningrida Community.
