Senior Gija Cultural Custodian Shirley Drill shared this important Creation story ‘Jirraginy too Goorrarndal : Frog and Brolga’ . ‘Jirraginy too Goorrarndal : Frog and Brolga’ was traditionally spoken in Kija language, it is told here in both English and Kija, translations by Shirley Drill and Frances Kofod. All illustrations were produced by First Nations young people at Purnululu Independent School in Frog Hollow.
